After he divorced his first wife of 12 years, he decided to secretly marry his longtime back up singer, Carolyn Dennis, but they eventually divorced after 6 years of marriage. It is said that Carolyn wanted their marriage and even their only daughter, Desiree, to be kept a secret so that she could have a normal childhood and life. Now married to her long time partner, ‘Desi’ as she is known, plays the drums at local LA hotspots and has been vocal that she hardly had a relationship with her father, who chose not to attend her wedding.
